Our spacious and versatile venue is equipped with several conference rooms. This gives us the flexibility to accommodate conferences of different sizes and layouts. Whether you want to host plenary sessions, breakout sessions, workshops or networking events, we have the conference room to suit your needs. While you get active inside, unwind outside in the beautiful natural surroundings.
In addition, our conference room is equipped with modern audiovisual equipment, such as an 86" video screen, professional sound system and wireless microphones. So you will impress the audience with your presentations and workshops.
Looking for a more comprehensive technical package? That’s certainly possible! Together with our technical partner, we can cater to almost any request. From stages to headsets and from catchboxes to lighting effects. In consultation with you, we can make virtually any wish a reality!

How we operate as a conference and seminar venue
Our dedicated team is ready to support you every step of the planning process. From initial contact to the execution of your conference. We will arrange to bring your vision to life and ensure that your conference is an unforgettable success!
- During an initial consultation – either by telephone or on site – we’ll go through your requirements together and discuss how you envisage the day. This will allow us to discuss not only the structure of the day but also the routes guests will take, ensuring the entire customer journey is covered from A to Z!
- Following a discussion, we will draw up a quotation so that you have an estimate of how much the day would cost, in addition to the speakers, etc.
- We often finalise the details over the phone. So, if there are any changes to the programme, or if you’d like to discuss whether an extra information session is possible, please do get in touch! We pride ourselves on the flexibility we can offer.
- On the day itself, we’ll of course have as much as possible ready in advance. When you arrive, everything will be set up exactly as agreed, so all you’ll need to do is make a cup of coffee and put up the banners. Upon your arrival, our team will go through the day’s programme with you so that any final details can be taken into account.
Access and parking
Situated near Tilburg, Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Breda, the Weidehoeve conference centre is easily accessible via the A58. The conference hall is, however, a little further away from public transport links. However, we have a brilliant solution for this: the covered wagon! This makes the experience even more enjoyable and can be arranged in consultation with us. If many guests wish to travel by public transport, this is certainly possible, and we can collect them by covered wagon from the nearest bus stop.
With both the centre of North Brabant and the Benelux region just a stone’s throw away, this conference and seminar venue is perfect for groups who may have to travel a little further but would like to meet up in a central location.

Is The Weidehoeve easily accessible?
Absolutely! If you’re looking for a conference, seminar or meeting venue just a few minutes from the motorway, then you’ve come to the right place! You’ll find us on the A58 at the Moergestel exit.
The public transport facilities are a little further away from the venue. However, this is never a problem. Many organisations have already arranged transport from various towns, or, in consultation with you, we can arrange for covered wagons to act as a shuttle service between the bus stop and the venue. It’s certainly a unique experience that makes the day even more special!

Roodhart Fieldwork
Our rural herb-rich grassland day, based at The Weidehoeve , was a great success! With 114 participants, we had some excellent, in-depth discussions in the morning during five breakout sessions, including one in the covered wagon. This was followed by a hearty, well-prepared Brabant-style lunch, which we were able to enjoy in the sunshine in the courtyard! Many of our guests also took the opportunity to visit the fantastic observation tower. Afterwards, we walked to the various grasslands surrounding The Weidehoeve, accompanied by representatives from Natuurmonumenten, Brabants Landschap and Staatsbosbeheer, all of whom have land within walking distance of The Weidehoeve .
The Weidehoeve staff were very helpful and adequate with solutions. The lunch was delicious and ample, there was also plenty of room last minute for special dietary requirements that had not been passed on in advance, from vegan to gluten-free, super!
The Weidehoeve has a pleasant atmosphere and is fully equipped; good coat racks, lots of toilets and lots of picnic tables; over 100 people spread out through the rooms in a relaxed manner!

Last week, we organised a business event at the Reuselhoeve for 100 people. The day went extremely well. The organisation from the Reuselhoeve went flawlessly and the location is beautiful. We were able to outsource the set-up, catering and technology, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. All in all, we look back very positively on the day

We ran a super good event at the Weidehoeve, the customer was very enthusiastic. The only thing was that there were sometimes a bit too many empty glasses or plates on the table. The booking process was nice and smooth. It was especially great that all colleagues in the office knew about the booking, which meant we could switch quickly on all days. You were very flexible in this respect.
